Vinchester of Hanfors World

Close-up of a Colorado Maine Coon cat with blue eyes and long fur.
A fluffy gray and black Colorado tabby Maine Coon cat with blue eyes sitting in front of a weathered wooden fence.

Vinchester is a special Blue Eyed Maine Coon. The blue eye comes from him carrying a White Spotting gene. Chester loves playing in his fully fenced garden or lounging in one of his many cat trees. He also loves to play in the bath tub! At a year and a half Chester is 15 Lb and still growing!

If you're looking for a vocal cat look no further, Chester is a huge talker! He also has been trained to sit on command and we are working with him on other tricks.

Chester is Clear of HCM, PKdef, & SMA See his testing below:

Genetic test report for a Maine Coon cat from "Fractal Bio," detailing results for three genetic conditions: hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, pyruvate kinase deficiency, and spinal muscular atrophy. The cat's genetic results are normal for all tests, indicating no mutations associated with the tested conditions. The report includes details such as the breeder's name, cat's name "Winchester Hanfors World," and test numbers. Issued on May 14, 2024.

Chester has also just passed his 2025 HCM Screening.

Diagnostics: ProBNP <50 (normal)

This blood test is now the standard for HCM screening. When there is thickening of the heart muscle the body releases signals which indicate a problem with the heart. This test detects those signals long before HCM can be seen on an Echocardiogram or a murmur can be heard.
